The pistol crossbow is a one-handed repeating missile weapon which can fire up to 3 bolts before requiring reloading. After their adventure below Karak Azgal, the Wizard happened upon one of these weapons in the fletcher's shop of Karaz-a-Karak. Eager to spend some of his coin, he snapped up the crossbow and has used it as one of his main armaments ever since. If only he could learn to shoot, it could be a deadly weapon.
